Freya Purdue

Island Artist Freya Purdue lives and works at Osborne Stables on the Isle of Wight. She studied at St Martins School of Art and Chelsea College of Art & Design, London and was a Senior Lecturer in Painting there for 25 years. She’s received a number of painting awards including the Cardiff Fellowship in Painting, the Arts Fellowship, the Boise Travelling Scholarship to New York USA and Villers David Travelling Scholarship to Italy.
